My Thoughts

The Fort Lauderdale luxury home market is strong – with 536 sales of homes listed for sale at $1 Million or more over just the last 12 months.

The important feature to note however is how median prices for luxury waterfront homes are on the rise.

This month the median price is up 25% compared to the median price for sales over the last 12 months.

We have begun to see steady and progressive increases in median prices for waterfront homes – so I don’t think this is a “flash in the pan” – in fact based on monthly real estate trends I would predict that median prices for luxury waterfront homes will be up at least 30% by the end of this year.
