This is a quirk of our Fort Lauderdale / Florida market that Intracoastal homes here in Fort Lauderdale command an even higher premium than Oceanfront Homes. – the primary reason for this premium is the value place on ability to be able of owner of Intracoastal home to be able dock a yacht/boat directly outside their home.
