We can see from this report that the median sales price for

  • One of the 11 x waterfront homes sold over the last 6 months has been $2,425,000 this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 4304 square foot home with a sales price to square foot price of $532.00.  In our last post for one of the 6 x waterfront homes sold over the last 6 months was significantly less at $1,130,000 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 3064 square foot home with a sales price to square foot price of $420.00. 
  • One of the 33 x non-waterfront homes sold over the last 6 months has been $604,000this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2264 square foot home with a sales price to square foot price of $303.00.  In our last post for one of the 27 x non-waterfront homes sold over the last 6 months was slightly higher at $625,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2330 square foot home with a sales price to square foot price of $293.00.

It is very important to note the increase in square foot prices – especially for waterfront homes sold here in Coral Ridge.

Square foot sales prices for Coral Ridge Waterfront homes sold have risen from $420.00 to $532.00 per square foot – an increase of $112.00 per square foot or 27%!
