This is up from 12 non-waterfront homes for sale as per our last post.

In our last post for September / October 2015 the median list price was $472,450 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2054 square foot non-waterfront home.

Important to note is that while median prices have dropped for non-waterfront homes here in River Oaks – the median size of homes is also down from 2054 square feet to 1327 square feet – a drop of 727 square feet or 35%!
